- Weights can be installed in your vest by hand. Simply open the individual weight pockets and slide the weight in place, that simple. Then, simply fold the elasticated pocket flap back in place to ensure weight is held firmly in place and ready to rock those workouts!

They can be installed in any arrangement desired to create different weight distribution. When adding or removing weight ensure to evenly distribute weights from front to back and working from the center and out to your sides.
